Training is an investment

Our fully-fledged Training & Development Department ensures that every member of CONCO staff is suitably trained to fulfil their core activities and to master their function in the project life-cycle. In addition, all employees undergo key competency assessments to streamline and optimise their career pathing.

For CONCO, training is an investment – which is why the company has a strong belief in in-house mentorship programmes and the use of outside training organisations. A number of trainee engineers and site supervisors participate in this programme at any one time. We are also particularly proud of our organisation’s comprehensive HIV/Aids programme, comprising voluntary testing, anti-retroviral therapy (ART), HIV/Aids counselling and relevant training – entirely free of charge to employees.
